After the success of our previous giveaway, Second State is thrilled to announce a new round of opportunities for open-source contributors. We are offering 10 additional free vouchers (each valued between $300 and $600) for the Linux Foundation Exam or a Linux Foundation Training Course.
This initiative is designed to reward and encourage developers to make contributions to our open-source community. We want to help you level up your skills and expand your knowledge, all while supporting WasmEdge’s development.
How It Works
To win one of these free vouchers, all you need to do is contribute to any repository under the WasmEdge GitHub organization or write an article about WasmEdge and publish before January 10th, 2025.
Rules & Eligibility:
- 10 new contributions or published articles to any repo under the WasmEdge org from now to January 10th, 2025, will be selected to receive a voucher.
- Eligible for both old and new contributors, must be merged before January 10th, 2025.
- Mentees from WasmEdge's LFX Mentorship, GSoC, OSPP, and GSoD programs, as well as Second State's paid interns and employees, are eligible.
- 10 contribution during this period will win the vouchers.
- The vouchers can be used to claim any Linux Foundation training course or certification exam listed in the Linux Foundation Training & Certification Catalog.
- Winners will be announced before January 15th, 2025, and the vouchers will be emailed to the winners at the email addresses used in the DCO of their contributions.
- We would also love to help promote your contributions across our social media channels (Twitter, Discord, and our Slack group), so please send us any thoughts or tweets you would like to share.
